Servo Group supply commercial, industrial, builders and sparkle clean throughout the whole of the UK. Our cleaning teams and management are diligent, trustworthy, hardworking and above all their attention to detail is unquestionable.
As the nominated contractor we provide and maintain our own materials and equipment, cleaning machinery (where applicable) and cleaning products. Detailed COSSH Data sheets are maintained for all products in use.

OSHA Certification
All staff receive OSHA certification, equipping them with essential knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices for working within medical environments. This certification ensures every cleaner operates safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with industry legislation.
QQI Level 5 Professional Cleaning Qualification
All team members also complete the QQI Level 5 Professional Cleaning Course, covering:
- Personal and workplace hygiene
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Health and safety procedures
We maintain 5-star training records for every employee from day one, and refresher sessions are scheduled regularly to keep every skill and safety standard up to date.

COSHH Training Excellence
Our COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)** training ensures every cleaner is confident and competent when working with hazardous materials.
The course includes:
- Identifying hazardous substances and understanding associated risks
- Conducting and acting on risk assessments
- Legal responsibilities under COSHH regulations
- Safe storage and handling procedures
- Correct selection and maintenance of PPE
- Emergency response to spills or incidents
- Ongoing health surveillance for exposed staff

Quality Equipment & Materials
Servo Group only uses hospital-grade, environmentally responsible products and professional-grade equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
All staff are issued Servo-branded Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) upon induction, including:
- High-visibility vests and coats
- Steel toe-capped boots
- Hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and ear defenders
- Knee pads (available on request)
We also ensure:
- All cleaning chemicals are registered with the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP)
- Colour-coded microfiber cloths are used to prevent cross-contamination
- Waste is disposed of responsibly using hospital-grade waste bags for both standard and biohazardous materials
